Artist · Stylist · Creative Director Kerry Jones is a multidisciplinary creative working across art, music, fashion and visual storytelling. Drawn to colour, expression and the way we communicate through the visual world around us, Kerry's practice moves fluidly between styling, illustration, painting, animation and creative direction.

Kerry began her career as an illustrator, working under the name Love Amelia, inspired by her daughter. She chose the name with the hope that, as Amelia grows, it will inspire her to believe in herself, follow her dreams and know that she can create whatever life she wants for herself. That belief has remained at the heart of Kerry's own creative journey.

Her illustration and art work has taken many forms, from live sketching at Selfridges and artwork sold through Harvey Nichols, to live illustration and a global tote design for Ted Baker. Her work has also featured extensively in magazines, including covers featuring Paloma Faith and Sandra Rhodes, alongside numerous editorial features. Her practice has also crossed into music, including creating artwork for projects such as Souls in the Horn, Dance Is Life and Elements, and animating two music videos for Lisa Dietrich.

Alongside her art practice, Kerry has spent 18 years working as a stylist across fashion, advertising and editorial, before increasingly moving into work with performers and artists — a space where she found her creativity could truly flourish. Working closely with artists has allowed her to bring together her instinct for styling with her wider creative practice, developing visual identities and worlds that feel expressive, individual and connected to the person behind them.

For the past six years, Kerry has developed an ongoing close creative collaboration with Natasha Diggs, where styling, illustration and creative direction naturally fuse to create and evolve her visual world. Her styling and creative direction work has also taken her internationally for shoots, performances and campaigns, working closely with artists and brands both on and off stage.

Today, these disciplines naturally come together. Kerry sees little separation between styling, painting, illustration and creative direction — they are all ways of exploring the same thing: how to create a world around an idea, a person or a place.

Her own personal style is another extension of that visual language, with colour, clothing, character and self-expression continually feeding into her creative practice.

Kerry is currently expanding her work through large-scale murals, painting, illustration, music projects, creative collaborations and the development of her own silk scarf collection, while continuing to work with artists across music and fashion.
